Thematics Business Development & Sales Externship

During this externship, I had the chance to dive into the creator economy and see firsthand how brands and content creators collaborate. I spent time researching up-and-coming YouTube and Instagram creators, analyzing their content and audience alignment, and identifying which ones would be a great fit for Thematic’s music licensing platform. I also helped develop outreach strategies by recommending creator personas and content genres that aligned with the brand’s mission. It was an exciting experience that mixed creative instinct with strategic thinking and gave me a whole new appreciation for the behind-the-scenes work that powers influencer marketing.
