Leadership

Women's Leadership
- Examined the various roles, models, and guiding principles of women in leadership.
- Engaged in interactive discussions where students shared their experiences of women’s leadership, from traditional to unconventional.
- Identified the values most clearly associated with women’s leadership cross-culturally and read about diverse women’s experiences in their communities.
- Interviewed a woman in a leadership role, whether formal or not, and presented the findings to the class.
- Reflected on personal leadership values in relation to the course material.

Midterm: Conducted a 15-20 minute interview with a woman in a leadership role. Took detailed notes or recorded the conversation (audio/video), and uploaded the notes, transcript, or file with the paper.

Final: Gave an example of how I was socialized to think about what makes a "good" leader and how I challenged that perspective. Reflected on how my definition of leadership changed from the first day until now, and explained the ways in which it evolved.
